INGO

INGO Official Bot is the digital self-service assistant for INGO, one of Ukraine's established insurance companies. Upon launching, users are greeted with a main menu of seven action buttons covering the most common insurance-related tasks — all in Ukrainian. The bot allows clients to report an insurance case, find the nearest INGO office, calculate the cost of an insurance policy, and get assistance with medical insurance — all without leaving Telegram. It also provides a direct link to the INGO mobile application via a QR deep-link. For users who prefer human assistance, a live chat operator option is available. The bot also serves as a recruitment channel, offering a pathway for users interested in becoming INGO insurance agents. The bot appears to have no paywall, onboarding gates, or in-bot payment flows; it acts purely as a navigation hub routing Ukrainian-speaking customers to the right service channel. Monetisation is indirect — the bot drives engagement with INGO's core insurance products and services.
