A sea of trees coats the land as far as the eye can see. They cover tall mountains, they part for rivers, but the canopy never ceases. The forest is relentless; the creatures that roam the trails are constantly drawn to humans, like an immune system fighting off pathogens. Places and landmarks shift around like living beings, giving maps limited use. Nevertheless, people still try their hardest to survive.
